Recently an article was published on our company implying that an abnormal amount of complaints have been have been filed against our company with a number of private and public agencies.
Florida Window and Door is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we like any other large business which deal with consumers do have 1-2% of our customers who remain unsatisfied and file complaints with public and private agencies. As is typical in our industry, these complaints are usually based on the time-frame to complete a job, or the quality of the job itself.
Florida Window and Door always has and will continue to make every effort to resolve each and every consumer complaint. Unfortunately, there are instances when we are not able to fully satisfy the customer or arrive at an amicable solution.
As a result, the consumer has a several agencies both public and private that they can file a complaint with. Those agencies include the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Attorney General for the State of Florida, The Department of Agriculture, The Better Business Bureau and many others.
